Office Clerk

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Bilingual Office Clerk, Typing (OCT) who will so skilled typing and perform specialized clerical work working 8am to 4:30pm. The Typing clerk will need to have one year of office clerical experience and the ability to to type at the rate of 40 net words per minute.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/30/2024, with the good chance of extension.
Pay Rate:
$18.66/hr working 40 hours a week

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year's office clerical experience involving typewriting outside the County service -OR- A certificate or Associate of Arts degree in clerical procedures or office administration from an accredited college.
• Ability to type at the rate of 40 net words per minute
• A valid California Class C Driver License or own a reliable form of transportation
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Desired Skills:

• Experience handling routine operating details (i.e. drafting correspondence, copying, faxing and contacting other departments pertaining to routine responsibilities of the supervising staff), Use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of home visitation programs, Parents as Teacher , and/or Healthy Families of America
