Summary
Mainly responsible for administrative assistance at Hyundai Engineering America, Inc. In the construction of Genesis Design Center, this position is responsible for basic office work such as organizing contract documents, preparing, and managing payment documents, organizing meeting contents, and organizing incoming and outgoing emails and documents. We are looking for a short-term administrative employee until end of this year 2024.
Qualification Requirements
To excel in this role, the applicant should possess fundamental computer skills essential for proficiently handling administrative responsibilities. Primary duties include the organization and prioritization of documents, as well as meticulous filing. This role will be responsible for documenting and filing all interactions with public officials or clients, providing interpretation services as required. While this role does not entail on-site labor, a physical presence is expected to offer administrative support as needed by the team. Additionally, you are expected to collaborate with the planning manager and other team members in addressing any challenges related to the work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0 – 5 years’ experience on live construction site preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Receiving and sending documents and organizing documents, Writing reporting documents, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak Korean and English preferred.
- Valid Driver license.

Essential Functions
- Assist in preparing project plans.
- Assist with project management tasks (e.g. managing budget, resources, deadlines, obtaining and editing estimates, etc.).
- Prepare field reports and print and store basic documents (reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
- Immediate identify and resolve new problems/defects.
- Collect and organize meeting materials.
- Purchasing office supplies, paying, and tracking operation expenses.
- Report monthly expenses and employees’ reimbursement.
- Contact government offices/ordering organizations/partner companies to request and organize necessary documents.
- Confidently coordinate with clients and manage subcontractor performance.
- Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
