Spherion Gainesville FL has a client looking for an Office Clerk for their Gainesville, FL location. Let's get to work!
Temporary - 3 months
Gainesville, FL
Schedule: FT, M-F, 8am - 5pm
Salary: $15/hr - $17/hr

Responsibilities:
- Answer Multi-line phone ...

- Greet Guests
- Hand out packages
- Assist with conference room scheduling
- Assist with back up for FedEx
- Basic office duties - copying, faxing, shredding
- Help with distributing mail to departments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Basic math and problem solving skills
- Typing, phone, and computer competency
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
