Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, and helping customers in the showroom as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Learn about different window treatments
