Salary- Secretary/Assistant to attorney who practices in the areas of wills, trusts and probate
- High School Graduate
- Must have at least 2 years office experience and have proficient knowledge in using Microsoft Office 365 program
- Will be responsible for maintaining attorney's calendar in scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and assisting attorney with drafting of letters and various documents
- Applicant must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Possess excellent customer service skills in dealing with the public
