SalaryVacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 800 pieces of equipment and 17 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.
Key Job Functions:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling.
- Backup at the receptionist desk.
- Daily post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup.
- Aiding with any projects as requested.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to take initiative, be detail oriented, and work under little supervision. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
