- Assist with financial report writing, including preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Support the bookkeeping team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and issuing payments
- Assist with accounts receivable duties, such as invoicing clients and tracking payments
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with the tax department to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to assist with complex accounting tasks
- Provide support in governmental accounting processes

- Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate and efficient data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices

- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
