ST Freight, LLC is a Freight Brokerage business based in Manitowoc, WI. We have 58 agents that move freight through our company and we are looking to expand on that. We are wanting someone to market ST Freight in a way to attract qualified candidates. We work with Zoom Info to gather potential agent contact info to help in the process.
This person will also assist administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, answering phones, and organizing documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position will also include recruiting additional agents.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
