Part-Time Front/Back Office Chiropractic Assistant

We're looking for a reliable person to work 20-30 hrs with the possibility of covering additional shifts if needed. (see shifts below)

A good candidate must have excellent communication skills, must be a quick learner, able to multitask and seamlessly transition between tasks. Candidate must have a friendly demeanor; is organized, meticulous and neat. In addition, the right person will be able to make patients feel comfortable and confident in choosing our office.

Previous chiropractic office experience is a plus!

If you are reliable and hardworking, we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities include superb attention to detail and the following, not limited to:

· Professional telephone skills

· Scheduling patient appointments / navigating practice software

· Collecting payment and managing private-pay patients financial care plans

· Assist patients with balance inquiries and payments over the phone

· Billing/Collections - Personal Injury Claims

· Ensuring proper patient flow

· Assisting with back office/ patient therapy

· Ordering supplies, monitoring small inventory

· Light office cleaning

· Additional staff activities and responsibilities reviews with onboarding

Pay is $15-17 + hr and commensurate with experience.

Must be able to work all or a combination of the following shifts: M T W Th mornings 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Evenings M, W, Th 2:30 pm - 5:30/6:00 and Fri. 9:00 am - 12:00 pm . (Priority will be given to those available to work evening shifts)
