**Family Nurse Practitioner Opening - John Day, OR** Located in beautiful Grant County, Oregon 150 miles from Bend, OR **Position Information:** - Full-time, permanent position. 40 hours per week in clinic - Rural health clinic and critical access hospital, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Work with an experienced medical staff consisting of 5 Medicine Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 General Surgeon, and 2 CRNAs. - Traditional full spectrum Family Medicine in a rural health clinic. - Duties consist of providing continuous care and management of common and important clinical problems encountered in a primary care setting. - This ideal candidate will possess or be willing to obtain current Oregon licensure, Oregon DEA, and BLS. - A high level of energy and ability to adjust to different-paced environments and care settings is a plus - Candidates must exhibit behavior, which emphasizes integrity, trust, kindness, and concern for the community. - No on-call or weekends **Compensation and Benefits Package:** - Base Clinic Salary depending on experience and certification - Productivity, Quality, and Citizenship Bonus Potential - Retirement Plan with Employer Match - Generous CME Package - Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance **Candidate Requirements:** - Current Oregon Licensure - Current DEA Licensure - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification **About the Community:** - Located in Grant County, Oregon, at the heart of the John Day River, in beautiful, rural, Eastern Oregon.
