```Duties:```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and roof schedule jobs
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support project coordination by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with team members
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for sales and roofing crew.
- Be able to communicate with Insurance, Handling claims (We will be training them, no experience needed)
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Utilize Microsoft to create documents, presentations, and any type of documents.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience with office and customer services.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in order entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Entry Experience in project coordination
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of event planning principles and practices is desirable
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications is required
- Strong clerical skills including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
(Spanish, and Korean Bilingual).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
