Full Time or Part Time Kennel Assistant/Pet Care Assistant position available in an 11,000 sq. foot animal hospital. We are a progressive AAHA certified animal hospital located in the Arcadia East Area of Phoenix. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality patient care and outstanding personalized service.
Experience requested but not required. We will train the right person.
Our Kennel Assistants/Pet Care Assistants are responsible for caring for our boarding animals, administering medications, cleaning the kennels and various areas of the hospital, assisting the technician staff when able and walking the pets multiple times daily.
Requirements:
Must have weekend and holiday availability.
Responsible, motivated, and willing to work hard.
Must have initiative, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Must have compassion with a desire to help people and their pets.
Work well with others in a busy and intense environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
