We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working and personable Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in representing our company with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Management: Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
- Recruiting: Participate in the recruitment process by screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in onboarding.
- Office Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office tasks.
- Represent the Company: Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior office experience and a background in recruiting.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with email tools.
- Traits: Reliable, consistent, personable, organized, and professional.
- Education: High school diploma required; BA preferred. BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment and thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
