SalaryWe are looking for a full time office assistant to support the growth of our fast growing plumbing company.
Job Scope:
-Communicating via phone and email to make customer appointments.
-Using special software to book appointments and dispatch technicians to jobs
-Organizing certain parts of large plumbing projects
-Ordering parts and material
Must possess the following:
-Must be punctual
-Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
-Efficient with good time management skills
-Detail oriented
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-General PC and software experience, minimum of 40 wpm (will do a typing test at interview)
-Spelling, math and grammar skills appropriate to the level of the position
We are a drug free work place therefor all employees must be able to pass a drug test
Position starts at $14.00 per hour with the opportunity for a 90 evaluation raise and also annual raises
3 sick days per year, paid holidays, and earn 1 week PTO first year
Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
