SalaryNeurology Associates P.C. is seeking a full-time medical Office Assistant for our clinic in Fayetteville. We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates that have excellent costumer service and organization skills to provide our patients with the best care. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
-Schedule and confirm patient appointments on the phone and in person.
- Collect co-payments and outstanding balances from patient at check out.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
-Verify and input patient demographics.
-Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide administrative support to office staff.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-3:30pm, Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
