- Manage calendars
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Spreadsheets
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing files and tracking
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is helpful

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively are critical
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are also critical
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Spreadsheets, and other accounting software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
