We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help complete basic office tasks such as (but not limited to):
- Order entry
- Inventory
- Creating purchase orders
- Creating delivery receipts (QuickBooks*)
- Calling vendors to receive quotes and order product
- Communicate with truck drivers to schedule pickups/deliveries
This is a part time position, with a minimum of 4 hours/day Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be given upon request. We are very flexible with hours. This can be negotiated during the interview process. We will expect you to be able to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks.
*Excel, Word, and QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with trucking is preferred, but not required.
Starting at $17.00/hour
