We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant. This role will provide crucial support across various administrative tasks within the office environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a positive experience.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
