### Office Assistant
#### Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry, manage files, and organize documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
#### Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management procedures is desirable
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
