SalaryLocal family owned business seeking individual to fill Office assistant position. This individual needs to have an outgoing personality and friendly demeanor and the ability to work under pressure at times. Individual will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, responding to and creating emails, writing sales tickets, performing sales transactions, keeping customer records filed and keeping inventory (electronically and on paper). Individual will need knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, and and other simple programs. Individual MUST be able to use a computer with ease, as much of this job is done with a computer. This position is 9:30-5:30 Monday-Friday with one day off through the week when its your Saturday to work and will be required to work 2 Saturdays a month. Please send contact info and resume.
