MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Dickson Realty Martin Real Estate Team is a property management company that is looking for an experienced maintenance coordinator assistant. This position will be responsible for the processing of all incoming maintenance requests. Working directly in hiring the appropriate vendor for each specific issue all while keeping the tenants/owners updated from start to finish of the work order.
Candidate must have maintenance experience and overall administrative skills so that they are able to access situations correctly with the ability to recognize and prioritize all incoming emergency work orders.
Knowledge of:
· office management systems and procedures (Appfolio).
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Attention to detail and problem solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task
· Ability to work well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
