Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Perform office tasks such as data entry, filing, processing work orders, and follow up calls
- Perform general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, mail
- Assist in scheduling and attending vacant property viewings, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in a real estate/construction/property management office setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in MicroSoft and Apple products, scheduling, and financial software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
