Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including filing and document management
- Manage deadlines for bills and documents
- Track project due dates and deadlines
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing
- Maintaining personnel records
- Assist in organizing company events or special projects as needed
- Support social media posts and responses
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Discretion in handling confidential information
