Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files and documentation
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence
- Transcribe documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Docs and Quickbooks Online
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Ability to type at a reasonable speed with good accuracy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
