Hunt Country health services is now hiring an Office Assistant for our home health agency.
Candidate Must have ability to multi task and work in a fast pace environment, Attention to Detail a must, good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as be a team player. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Accessing, maintaining, and auditing client charts and personnel records
2. Filing client charts and personnel records
3. Monitoring Medicare/Medicaid certifications and re-certification's for completion and timeliness of physician's signature
4. Obtain face to face documentation for all Medicare/ Medicaid admitted clients and ensure proper filing in the client's chart
5. Maintain effective communication with others, both inside and outside the office
6. Use proper telephone manner when communicating over the phone
7. Home Health Care Experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide a plus
Job duties are subject to change depending on the need of the office. Knowledge of DD Waivers a plus.
