Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Communicate with field techs and other office employees
- Provide information to callers about the company and its services
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult or irate callers
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
