Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or resolving issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
