Office Assistant Job Description
We are a Real Estate Photography/Media company based in Miami, FL and looking to hire an office/assistant as full time or part time to handle all office and marketing related work.
Job tasks may include but not limited to;
- Preparing invoices
- Send & review finished products to all clients
- Organize and save finished products (photos or video) to specific platforms such as google drive, youtube.
- Following up with clients after their photoshoot has been completed to ask if they need any additional help.
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Attend client’s needs in real time
- Scheduling upcoming photo sessions with clients and photographers
- Understand all of our products and services to properly assist client.
- Prepare marketing campaigns such as mass emails and or mail chimp campaigns.
- Be active in social media (follow, like and DM prospective leads)
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 or older
- High School graduate
- Will work from home
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be available to work on some (but not all) Saturdays
