Office Assistant Job Description

We are a Real Estate Photography/Media company based in Miami, FL and looking to hire an office/assistant as full time or part time to handle all office and marketing related work.

Job tasks may include but not limited to;

• Preparing invoices
• Send & review finished products to all clients
• Organize and save finished products (photos or video) to specific platforms such as google drive, youtube.
• Following up with clients after their photoshoot has been completed to ask if they need any additional help.
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Attend client’s needs in real time
• Scheduling upcoming photo sessions with clients and photographers
• Understand all of our products and services to properly assist client.
• Prepare marketing campaigns such as mass emails and or mail chimp campaigns.
• Be active in social media (follow, like and DM prospective leads)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 or older
• High School graduate
• Will work from home
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be available to work on some (but not all) Saturdays

Pay: $11.00 per hour
