Office Assistant For Doug Hale Properties

Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant required for 10 to 15 hours a week in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements:

-          Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook

-          Internet research and online banking

-          Filing and scanning

-          Typing 60 wpm

-          Making phone calls and bill payments

-          General Business operations, including preparing charts and reports.

-          General personal tasks for the owner, including organization and appointment management.

About Hale Properties:

Hale Properties, LLC owns and manages Triple Net Leases and Condos. The administrative assistant is responsible for making sure all recent payments are received and all bills are paid on time. Opening, sorting, and addressing incoming mail and email. Preparing charts and reports on the business and assisting with other general tasks for the office.
