Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and payments
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Perfect)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and records
