We are a busy high-end, multi-disciplinary clinic offering physical therapy, chiropractic, spinal decompression and shockwave therapy in beautiful Montecito, CA. We are looking for a compassionate self-motivated individual to join our team. Prior experience working with patients in a healthcare office preferred.
General Summary of Duties: Primary responsibilities include helping our patients schedule appointments, collect insurance and health information, input all relevant data into our electronic health records, and collect all copays.

Essential Functions:
- Answers incoming calls on the third ring and schedules appointments for patients.
- Handles the patient check-in and check-out process from start to finish, which includes verifying insurance benefits, and creating accurate patient record and collecting payment.
- Maintains EHRs and physical filing systems.
- Creates a welcoming environment in the Front Office.
- Provides back-up support to Front Office with daily close-our tasks as needed.
- General administrative duties include; filing, copying, typing correspondence, faxing, data entry, preparing charts, ensuring the office is stocked with supplies, etc.
- Works monthly Trace Visit Report and initiates daily reactivation calls to patients.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop compelling and on-brand social media content for our services, and initiatives across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts using relevant tools and software to ensure a consistent posting schedule and optimal engagement.
- Post Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of social media posts, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and schedule email newsletters.
- Assists in the back office with patient flow and modalities, as needed.
- Assists with clinic promotions as needed.

It is essential to be goal oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workloads.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate, College Degree a Plus
- Strong computer skills; proficient in all MS Office products, and familiar with databases, medical database experience a plus.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years of office experience.
Physical/Mental Demands: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
