- Posting invoices and cutting checks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic general accounting knowledge (debits vs credits)
- Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Know how to use a 10 key (adding machine)
- Understand general office equipment - Fax, multi-line phone, Scanner, etc.
- Detail oriented/attention to detail
- Critical thinker/good problem solving skills/organized
- Experience in a fast paced / high volume environment
- Must work well with others and be respectful
- Car Dealership experience is a plus
