Responsibilities:
· Effectively communicate the value of refining material and determine pay outs
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and industry expertise
· Actively manage a portfolio of existing clients, including providing regular account updates and generating repeat business
· Setting up new clients in the corporate database and provide billing support
· Maintaining internal system database
· Support Order Entry / Inside sales personnel with incoming orders
· Bookkeeping, AP, and Customer Invoicing
· Performing other office tasks as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED and 4+ years of related experience, or the equivalent in terms of education; experience and/or training
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient on using MS Office and knowledge of Navision system is a plus!!!
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
