```Duties```
- Interview and work with potential cleaning companies
- Use Quickbooks to invoice clients and pay office bills
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Work with property managers, cleaners and office team to schedule jobs
- Work with Quality manager to coordinate client needs
- Handle daily office tasks such as mail, answering phones and other items as needed
- Perform computer tasks
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
