Required and Desired skills:
- 4+ years of solid administrative experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- A strategic thinker who is adept at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing, straightforward and creative
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Team focused; enjoy working as part of an active group of highly engaged individuals
- A person who presents a high degree of maturity, honesty, trust and integrity and cultivates these qualities in other.
- Must have Human Resource Experience.
- Must be available M-F from the hours of 8-5 PM.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon hiring.
