Office Assistant

We need help in office doing follow up calls and keeping track of current jobs/scheduled jobs as-well as payments from invoices.

looking for someone with an excelent customer service voice. that would also be interested in networking with other companies and building referral relationships

High level Social media posting experience/graphic design would be excellent additional skill.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Patchogue, NY 11772: Relocate before starting work (Required)
