Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
- Maintain office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
