We're searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for supporting our sales and project departments through a variety of tasks. You will support the project team mainly through purchasing and order tracking activities. Your activities supporting the sales team will consist of generating proposals, tracking orders, and giving customers updates on their orders. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities
• Create and Confirm Purchase Orders

Qualifications
• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
