Office Assistant

Glacier Precast Concrete is now hiring for a full time Office Assistant to support the production team at their facility in Kalispell, MT! The ideal candidate will bring their passion for customer service, professionalism, and their willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an office or administrative role
• Task and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge or experience working with Microsoft Office and/or Quickbooks
• A willingness to learn and support many areas of the company as needed
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

An Office Assistant will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and guests in the reception area
• Provide basic product information to clients and assist with sales
• Answering the main phone and distributing calls or taking messages
• Perform billing related tasks with month end reconciliation
• Assist the office estimators with filing, simple drawings, etc.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other assigned office tasks

Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
