Responsibilities:
Extend a warm welcome to clients and visitors, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Manage emails, faxes, scans, messaging, outbound and inbound calls, filing, organization, copies and other administrative tasks with professionalism.
Manage some billing and input payments into clients' accounts.
Assist clients with scheduling appointments, addressing changes, cancellations, distributing and collecting paperwork and insurance inquiries.
Attending meetings, documenting key points and action items.
Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator in insurance billing, insurance benefits and verification, as well as client and insurance payments.
Ensure an efficient work environment by monitoring, replenishing office supplies.
Provide community resources to clients when needed.
Actively participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, privacy and office policies.
Uphold HIPPA confidentiality and adhere to office policies for client privacy.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
Attend all scheduled work days and be punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
