Job Title: Office Assistant
The purpose of the position is to complete administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information, data entry, preparing various reports, and managing other clerical duties for the Healthy Families program.
The Healthy Families program offers home-based intervention services, referrals, and coordination of activities for families of newborns.
Duties include:
- Collection and input of child and family data into multiple databases according to program timelines.
- Maintains communication with field staff and management about program data outcomes/ impacts for maximum data integrity.
- Reconciles data entry in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.
- Generates reports to provide data for monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting requirements.
- Analyzes data and reports to assess data quality/ integrity.
- Provides support to department Administrative Assistant as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with data entry and databases.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
