Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, file management, experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare office is preferred. Proficiency and strong clerical skills are required. Responsibilities:- Manage files and maintain organization of office documents- Greet patients and assist when needed- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and filing- Assist with general office tasks

Qualifications:- Experience in project coordination and file management, Strong clerical skills including data entry, proofreading, and filing, Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
