Office Assistant

This is a part-time in person position in Brentwood, CA 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Maintain patient records and update information in computerized systems
- Cleaning/organizing therapy materials and office
- Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Assist licensed therapist in session when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to assist with children in therapy session as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.29 - $18.16 per hour
