```Duties```
-Administer Accounts Payable
-Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, working with vendors.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Assist with ordering office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to Real Estate Properties as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-Execution of insurance policies and other coverage from various government agencies
-Some driving to assist with property owners and properties
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience with Quickbooks preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to monitor budgets of various accounts

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
