Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant at Construction 37, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments with homeowners and management companies
-Assisting with timekeeping of our employees through ADP
- Communication with homeowners and property managers
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or Office Assistant role is preferred
