```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents, making OR Codes for all equipment and personnel
Prepare for safety meetings
Will be running for parts and delivering lunches
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with office phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
