Social Media Coordinator/Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our Social Media strategy, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness across various platforms. If you have a passion for Social Media marketing and are skilled in content creation, relationship management, and analytics, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement

- Create and curate compelling content for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, & Tik Tok.

- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with the audience

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing goals

- Conduct social listening to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement

- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics

- Assist with office duties such as answer phones, schedule apts, contact leads, keep up with job expenses, and invoices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy

- Basic video editing skills are preferred

- Excellent time management

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
