We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team! This is a part-time position. Working hours are Monday - Friday 1PM - 5PM. There is some flexibility in hours, and we will consider anyone who prefers full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers.
- Order, receive and maintain store inventory.
- Assist with management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage and maintain office in a proactive manner.
Qualifications:
- We need an individual who is dependable, professional, responsible, proactive and well organized.
- Individual must have excellent formal communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Individual must have excellent computer skills.
