Location: Wilsonville, Oregon
The Office Assistant works within the Project Management team. Assist with construction contract paperwork and permits. The pay range is negotiable based on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with contract administration
- Assist in preparing submittals, RFI's, permits
- Effectively prioritize and manage the administrative workload – organize and manage Submittals, RFI s, Shop Drawings and O&M manuals
- Review Shop Drawings for coordination with trades and compliance with contract documents
- Assemble close out documentation
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office Products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated work ethic
- Function effectively as part of a team
