Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties:

• You will be communicating with customers daily
• Inbound and Outbound phone calls for new sales leads
• Scheduling estimates and jobs for our crews
• Completing admin tasks (invoicing, dispatching, filing reports, etc.)
• Completing small marketing tasks (customer retention)

This is an entry-level position. No experience is necessary to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our leadership team will provide you with all the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

- Computer literacy

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
